Introduction

My name is Ryan Slominski. I spent the summer of 2004 at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center in Hampton Virginia participating in the Langley Aerospace Research Summer Scholars (LARSS) program. I received $4,500 dollars, 3 CS credits at JMU, and most importantly, work experience. My project for the summer was to research the applicability and feasibility of using game engines for scientific visualization. I had an interesting and challenging summer. I recommend that you consider this internship opportunity. Check the links section for a link to the LARSS website where the application and more information can be found.
