My employer was Solari Innovations, Inc. It is a small start-up company in Shenandoah, Virginia, which is about a thirty drive from Harrisonburg, Virginia. Carlos Solari is the owner and president of the company. It is still in its infancy. Carlos is the only employee of the company.

           The work that Solari Innovations, Inc does concerns more of the high level computer security aspects of very large corporations. Carlos instructs these companies on how to best implement computer security practices. He shows them how to lead a team and create a culture that makes security a priority. His customers are mainly government agencies and large private companies.
