Internship Value:

As I stated before, I had two main goals for this internship: to gain work experience in a corporate environment, and to secure a reliable reference. Both of these goals were met with this internship. Additionally I built a great relationship with my supervisor and fellow intern, I learned about the process that a news network goes through on a day to day basis, and I have become surprisingly more interested in current events due to the incessant news reading I was required to do all summer long. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience I gained from this internship, and again I would highly recommend to anyone, whether a computer science major or not, an internship is a great experience, and Viacom Boston is a wonderful company who treats all of their employees very well.
